Our consignor was a contestant in this 1996 event. Little did he know that the fairways and greens he played at the Las Vegas Invitational would become so historically significant in the history of golf. For when the last putt dropped on Sunday, it was Tiger Woods who stood victorious with a playoff win over Davis Love. This was the first PGA win for the 21 year old Tiger. Offered here is the contestants money clip from Tigers first PGA win. It is appropriate that there is a star on the front of this money clip, as it was from here that the star that was Tiger rose. Top unblemished condition in original box it was presented in.
