1975 Ryder Cup at Muirfield Chrome & Enamel Car Hood Ornament/Badge
Offered here a 1975 Ryder Cup at Muirfield enamel and chrome car hood ornament and/or badge. It comes in great condition and measures 3 5/8" in diameter. Arnold Palmer was the obvious choice for captain of the US team at the 1975 Ryder Cup matches. Contested in Palmer's "backyard" at Laurel Valley, the US team dominated team Great Britain and Ireland 21-11. Hale Irwin shined with 4 1/2 points, while Peter Oosterhuis did his part to help team Great Britain and Ireland with 3 1/2 points.
