1967 Ryder Cup at Champions GC 17th Biennial Matches Ticket #3565 - Impeccable Condition
How dominant was the 1967 U.S. Ryder Cup Team? All that needed to be said was uttered by American Captain Ben Hogan at a team dinner "Ladies and gentlemen, the United States Ryder Cup Team-the finest golfers in the world." The U.S. Team over the next three days proved Hogan correct posting the largest margin of victory in Ryder Cup history (23 1/2-81/2). Offered in this lot is a 1967 Ryder Cup ticket which retains its original string as well as its vibrant blue color with gold outline. You will never have to upgrade this grade-able ducat, as it is the best of the best. And why would it not be, hailing from the host PGA and their charitable division PGA Reach who consigns this must have ticket for any golf collector. AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, March 3rd, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
