1965 Ryder Cup Official Observer Ribbon
Extremely rare and perfectly intact, very nice ribbon. The 16th Ryder Cup Matches were held 7–9 October 1965 at Royal Birkdale Golf Club in Southport, England. For the first time commercialization started to make a presence on site. The United States team won the competition by a score of 19½ to 12½ points. Byron Nelson was captain of Team USA while Harry Weetman captained Team Great Britain. 3 1/2" diameter with a length of 6 1/2".
