1963 Ryder Cup at East Lake C.C. Dinner Menu
Eat like the champions eat at East Lake Country Club with this 1963 Ryder Cup dinner menu from the course. The menu has been folded and shows some limited wear along the edges, but remains in great condition. The front cover reads 'Dinner in honor of the BRITISH-AMERICAN RYDER CUP TEAMS,' and the contents of the menu include British and American team members list, dinner offerings, officers, sponsors, and a page noting Bobby Jones and H.C. Allen, Jr. as Honorary Chairman and Chairman, respectively. Take a look at what meal was offered to legendary golfers Arnold Palmer (Captain), Julius Boros, Billy Casper, Dow Finsterwald, Bob Goalby, and Gene Littler. The U.S. team won the Ryder Cup by a score of 23 to 9, and did not lose a single match in the afternoon sessions.
