1962 US Open at Oakmont Country Club Telephone Directory - Jack's First Major Win
A seldom seen item, offered here is a 1962 U.S. Open telephone directory from Oakmont Country Club. While Jack Nicklaus was defeating Arnold Palmer in an 18-hole playoff for the for of his record 18 major championship titles, workers at Oakmont would use this guide to contact anyone from the press tent, grounds crews, refreshment tents, and so on. A unique item for a U.S. Open collector. There is a slight separation at fold line at top of directory, please see photo.
