This fictional story is different than the great majority of other books of golf content. Major of Hussars John Gore is the main character, who assumes his polo skills will carry over to golf when challenged to a match. The match turns around when the ghost of Scot Cadrinal Smeaton gives aid. This book is in good condition, with black marker located on two pages inside.
