1959 Masters Tournament SERIES Badge #8001 with Original String - Art Wall Winner
This canary yellow SERIES ducat gained admission into each of the rounds including the final on Sunday, belonging to a witness to Art Wall Jr. birdying five of his last six holes to shoot a 66 and overtake Cary Middlecoff and defending champion Arnold Palmer. It was a career defining moment and legendary run on the back nine at Augusta National. This lot offers a series badge to the 1959 Masters, presenting in fair condition and containing the original owners' names in pen on either side. There are creases and some slight discoloring, please refer to pictures. The original string is attached, pleasing words to see for any Masters ticket collector.
