1959 Masters Tournament SERIES Badge #5495
Very strong corners are present on each of the four quadrants of this week-long series badge of admittance to the 1959 Masters Tournament. Badge #5495 still retains its vibrant original yellow color and displays in excellent condition. The 23rd Masters Tournament was held April 2-5, and this badge could have got you in to the practice rounds as well. Art Wall, Jr. shot a final round of 66, with birdies on five of the last six holes, to pass 12 players to win his lone major, finishing one stroke ahead of runner-up Cary Middlecoff. This was also the Masters debut of Jack Nicklaus at age 19.
