1958 Masters Sunday Pairing Sheet - Palmer's First Win
One of the biggest turning points of the Masters Tournament in the popularity of this treasured event was the arrival of Arnold Palmer. On Sunday, April 6th, 1958, Palmer claimed his very first Masters Tournament victory. This near mint condition (for accuracy only, slight lower left corner crease)Masters pairing sheet is from that Sunday final round of the tournament,and the coronation of Arnie as King. The Masters and the PGA Tour were never the same after that memorable day.
