1956 Masters Tournament Final Round Ticket #399 with Original String - Low Number

The 20th Anniversary of the inaugural Masters Tournament saw Jack Burke, Jr. win his first Major Championship only months before he would claim his second. The Champions Club co-founder and Texas native passed red-hot amateur Ken Venturi after scorching back from a record 8 shots back in the last tournament not to have a 36-hole cut. A deal with CBS was in place, allowing 1956 to be the first Masters Tournament that was able to be viewed on the television. 97 year old Jack Burke Jr. is know for being one of the superb gentlemen in the game of golf and still active at the Champions Club in Texas. Here we have a vibrant yellow Final Round Sunday ticket #399 in very condition with the original string intact, with a horizontal crease that does not detract from its clean presentation.
