1955 Augusta National Golf Club Masters Ash Tray
In 1946 the Augusta National started a tradition of presenting a gift to invited players at the Masters Tournament. In the long line of gifts one of the most favored by recipients and collectors alike is the 1955 ashtray. This players gift from the 1955 Masters comes from the collection of Frank Stranahan, who finished in a tie for 15th place in the '55 tournament. This treasured Masters item measures 3 1/4" tall with a 3" diameter base, the opening is 2 1/4".
