1954 Masters Tournament Series Badge #116 - Sam Snead Winner - LOW NUMBER
The ever popular 1954 Masters Series ticket measures 2 3/4" x 4 3/4". It gave patrons the opportunity to watch the main event which was the battle between Ben Hogan and Sam Snead all week long. In '54 it was "The Slammer" who was victorious, claiming his third and final Masters title. This specimen is noteworthy for its clarity and depth of printing color on its black ink, some 60 years after its pressing. This low number ticket survives free from creasing with only slight color flaw in the upper right hand corner. Still, the scarce survivor of patron wear demonstrates minimally Ex/NRMT overall condition. This is one you would be proud to own.
