This 10 X 22 1/2 booklet is cover dated February 1, 1942. With black block letter type face on a green cover this 17 page beauty was an early attempt at a media guide to cover the first eight years of the Masters tournament (1934-41). The cover does not have any issues and the book grades a strong ex-mint. Material covered inside includes a listing of each of the top 24 finishers by year in the first eight events. A year by year breakdown of events in the first eight years. A listing of Qualifications for invite to the Masters, and famed writer and Bobby Jones biographer O.B. Keeler's writings on "The Augusta National". It is a difficult item of Masters memorabilia to locate. This relic of competition at golfs highest level comes directly from the PGA where it has resided for over 75 years. From the collection of PGA REACH, with a certificate of authenticity accompanying this lot.

This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, April 14th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)

1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
