1940 US Open Championship (44th) at Canterbury GC Program - Lawson Little Winner

Lawson Little defeated Gene Sarazen in an 18-hole playoff to win his only professional Major at the 1940 US Open. Here we have a great condition example of the 1940 US Open program. Little was better known for his amateur career, twice having won both the US and British Amateur Opens in what was known at the "Little Slam." The program shows remnants of a vertical crease throughout, though still highly presentable.

Please note: This auction will end at 5:00pm EST on Sunday, August 12th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow.
