1940 Masters Tournament Spectator Guide

Jimmy Demaret claimed the first of his three Masters titles in 1940, four strokes ahead of Lloyd Mangrum. Mangrum's first round 64 stood as a tournament record for 46 years. Demaret would go on to win the Masters again in 1947 and 1950, the first three-time Masters champion. Here we have a spectator guide from that tournament. The guide shows wear and creases throughout and the back features what appears to be adhesive residue.

Please note: This auction will end at 5:00pm EST on Sunday, June 17th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, there is a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
