44th Amateur Championship Souvenir Program
As published by the United States Golf Association in very limited numbers for the 1940 U.S. Amateur Championship. This publication with it's silver cover is always condition sensitive. This copy comes in at a visually pleasing vg-ex rating, but does exhibit the normal cover creasing which is most always seen in this edition. Dick Chapman was a whopping 11&9 winner in the Championship match of the 44th Am contested at Winged Foot Golf Club just outside New York City.
