1938 PGA Championship Contestants Badge - Paul Runyan Winner
Back when the PGA Championship was still a match play event, Paul Runyan had captured his 2nd victory in a 5 year span, defeating Sam Snead 8&7. The structure of the tournament was quite different than today's standards as the match play format at the PGA Championship in 1938 called for 12 rounds (216 holes) to be played in seven days. Presented here is a 1938 PGA Contestant Badge from that Championship, and it is in great condition measuring 1" x 1"
