1931 Bobby Jones 'Emergency Unemployment Relief' Sterling Silver Medal
Offered here with its extraordinary visual appeal is a sterling silver Bobby Jones 3 1/8 length medal and ribbon. The facing presents a 1 by 1 1/2 raised image of Jones and raised etching of the Jones autograph would appear. Reverse of medal contains scripting "I Will Share Golf Tournament". Sterling decorative medal/ribbon manufactured by Dieges & Clust as stamped on reverse. Medal clasp on back and original ribbon remain in excellent condition approaching as close to the way they appeared when issued in 1931. Extreme detail for Depression Era material. The combination of this pin's rarity and elaborate design have made it one of the most highly prized of all Bobby Jones souvenirs.
