Associated Press wire photo dated 3/2/31 depicts Golf legend Bobby Jones arriving in Hollywood and being met by the Mayor of Los Angeles, John C. Porter and his movie director, George E. Marshall. The 8X10 sized wire photo does contain some minor surface scratches and the left border does exhibit two torn areas which due not impact the image area.Reverse contains original A.P. photo caption, an A.P. rights of photo use declaration, and a holgram stating that this photo comes from The Sporting News collection. Overall condition of wire photo remains excellent.
