1907 MacNiven & Cameron's Waverly Pen Golf Advertising - Framed
A printing and stationery company, Waverley Cameron Ltd. was based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The company was best known for its pen nibs, the "Pickwick", the "Owl", and the "Waverley", which were sold under the advertising slogan:
They came as a boon and a blessing to men,
the Pickwick, the Owl and the Waverley Pen.
This MacNiven & Cameron's Pens calendar, 1907 displays the golfing scene titled 'On the Golf Links'
11 1/4" x 8", frame measures 15" x 11 1/2" Very nice advertising piece depicting golf from the early 1900's.
